Comprehensive guide to using Partnerly
Getting Started
- Step 1: Go to partnerly.site
- Step 2: Select language - important because all admin menu will be in the language you choose during registration
- Step 3: Press Register as Business Client
- Step 4: Company name must use only numbers and Latin letters because it will appear in your URL
- Step 5: After registration, go to Settings → Company Settings to copy your website link
- Step 6: When editing your website, open it in another screen, make changes, refresh to see results

Automatic Email Notifications:
- Clients automatically receive email confirmation immediately after booking
- System sends automatic reminder emails 24 hours before appointment
- All emails sent in the language client selected during booking

Reservations
- See all your reservations in calendar view
- Switch between month, week, and day views
- Click on a reservation to see full details
- Filter by today, week, month, or custom dates
- Designed for mobile devices for easy search and management
- Edit reservation details quickly
- Cancel reservations - Note: client is NOT automatically informed of cancellations
- Important: You must inform clients about canceled reservations and the reason
- Prepaid reservations: If marked as prepaid, client has already paid - you must refund if canceled
- Same functionality as card view
- Optimized for desktop - see more reservations per page
- Very convenient when working on computer
Availability
- Mark days you are working
- Select months you are working
- Set time intervals for working hours
- Important: You can add multiple intervals per day
- Example: If you work 9-12 and have lunch break, add two intervals: 9-12 and 13-18
- Every day can have different working hours
- Rewrite working hours for a specific day
- Example: Decide to work an extra Saturday - select date and set hours
- Overrides your main working hours for selected day
- Can add multiple intervals here too
- Quickly book time through here
- Additional info - name, email, phone are optional
- Just select service and reserve time
- Very convenient if client calls you to mark time in system
- Also useful for personal appointments like doctor visits or gym
- Add as many vacation days as you want
- Vacation time automatically shows as unavailable in calendar
- Can add partial days with time intervals
- Example: Whole week off
Services
- Create and describe the services you offer to clients
- Categories: Not mandatory if you offer few individual services
- Recommended for many similar services - e.g., all haircuts under Haircut category
- Example: If you do mens, womens, and kids haircuts, create Haircut category and put all variations under it
- Categorized services display beautifully under category in client service selection
- Employee assignment: Assign an employee to each service - important for multi-employee businesses
- Service name: Service name is for admin panel only. Translations are what clients see on your website
- Can specify only languages you plan to use, not mandatory to fill all translations
- Description is optional
- Duration: Duration is required for accurate calendar scheduling
- Break duration: Break duration: Add buffer time between services if needed (e.g., 5 minutes for cleanup)
- Example: For consultations, set 5 min break - system auto-calculates and leaves 5 min gaps between services
- Price: Optional unless you accept online payments - then required!
- Private event: Private Event: Service visible only to you (useful for personal appointments like gym sessions)
- If you stop offering a service, mark it private first so clients dont see it
- Delete only when no more bookings with that service
- Example: Regular gym sessions - create Workout service, mark private, easy to book your time in calendar
- Easily manage, edit, and delete services. Use Table View on desktop for better efficiency
- Quick access to edit or delete any service information
- Same functionality as card view
- Designed for desktop computer work
- If you have many services, table format shows more records per screen
- Categories are optional - use them if you offer many similar services (e.g., all haircuts under "Haircut" category)
- Service name = how you see it as admin in system
- Translations = how client sees it
- Only specify translations for languages you plan to use
- Can change translations anytime
- Delete and edit service categories
Site
Here you manage your entire website appearance
- This is your company logo name
- How clients will see your business
- Edit the very first page when website loads
- Can add as many slides as you want
- Important: Before deleting demo slides, recommended to edit existing ones first and see how changes appear on website
- All displayed texts can be written in only your desired language, not mandatory to fill all languages
- To better understand text structure, highly recommended to edit existing demo slides, change texts and watch how it all changes on your demo website
- Mygtuko nuoroda: Can specify link to any page
- Recommended for booking button - can turn on/off and change button text
- If not using any services and dont want client to register for your services, just turn off button display
- Image upload: Not mandatory but definitely recommended - website will look better
- Can select no more than one image, if you want more slides just add additional slides with another image
- About section appears after hero carousel
- Since its hard to describe what each text does, you must edit demo texts, save changes and go to your website to watch the changes
- Image is not mandatory, but recommended - website will look better
- Video link also not mandatory, recommended only if you have introductory video for your company or activity
- Clients will see this information on your websites contact page and in reminders and confirmations about service bookings
- Google Maps Link: Go to Google Maps, enter your address, select Share, Embed map, copy the link and your website will have Google map showing your exact address
- Not recommended to upload images for blog categories
- Write only languages you need
- This section will be displayed if you want to run a blog on your website
- If you want to divide categories into smaller subcategories
- Not mandatory to create them
- These are your blog posts that clients will see
- Again, visit your created demo website to understand how this is all displayed currently
- Here you can select categories and subcategories (optional)
- Upload as many images as you want
- Add as many videos from platforms like YouTube or Vimeo as you want
- Published simply means this blog post will be shown to clients, you can hide any post from clients at any time by making it not public
- Here you can describe your provided services
- For format, again visit your demo website
- Important to pay attention: Section Settings - how services section title and description will be shown to clients
- You can create, delete and change as many services as you want
- For each service optional but you can select an icon, it will look better in services description on website
- Here you can create your projects
- Important: Mandatory to create categories and assign project under some category!
- This will be used in carousel for project filtering
- Example how it works in live demo website
- Here you can also upload project image or video from platforms like YouTube or Vimeo
- Upload only one image per project
- Here you will see all testimonials left by clients
- Of course you dont have rights to edit client testimonial content
- But left testimonial will not be published immediately
- In this place you can control whether to publish clients testimonial or reject or even delete it
- You can reject already published testimonial at any time and it will be hidden again
- In website about us section your team members are displayed
- You can add as many as you want on website
- But if you want to have more than one persons calendar on website you must contact administrator at provided contacts
- Here as in other website parts you can edit section title, description, upload team member photo and similar
- Choose from multiple website themes
- Each theme has different layout and style
- Switch themes anytime without losing content
- Here you control which parts you want clients to see on your website
- If for example you dont want to upload examples of your completed projects, just turn off projects section and it will disappear from your website
- It will be hidden and you can turn it on later at any time
Shop
Complete e-commerce solution for your business
- SiuskPigiau Integration: SiuskPigiau delivery - if you enable it, clients will see parcel machine addresses on your website where goods can be delivered
- For this to work you must register in siuskpigiau.lt system, for more info contact me
- Skip shipment creation - if you mark this as active, shipping label will not be automatically created for you when customer makes order
- For testing purposes we recommend keeping this option active until you learn how automatic shipment generation works
- Stripe Payment: Must open account at Stripe bank and provide required data
- Stripe platform chosen because of lowest fees
- Less than 2% is taken per transaction, this is the smallest amount
- Also works great with Apple Pay and Google Pay integrations
- Very pleasant feedback from clients that they can conveniently pay immediately in shop using these platforms
- Important - to open this account you dont need business account, works on individual account too

- Invoice Language: Automatically set to Lithuanian language
- If you trade in Lithuania, invoices must be issued in Lithuanian
- Test Mode: Enable test mode to try shop without real payments
- Product categories needed to group your products
- Colors and sizes not mandatory, but if for example you trade clothes you will definitely want to create color and size combinations
- After creating this data for one category you can copy it immediately to another category from previously created category
- Category Attributes: Here you can add any attributes to all products of that category by which you want clients to be able to filter products later
- For example if you trade shoes, attributes can be sports, summer, winter, real leather, artificial leather and so on
- These attributes will be displayed to client as product filters
- You can create them if you want to expand your product selection even wider
- For example if product category is mobile phones, you will probably want subcategories like Samsung, Apple, Xiaomi and similar
- Add products with names, descriptions, prices
- Upload multiple product images
- Set stock quantity and SKU
- Assign categories, colors, sizes, attributes
- Enable/disable products
- Add product variations with different prices
- Here you will see all orders placed in your shop
- Their payment status
- You can delete unnecessary orders
- By clicking view you can edit order status and delivery
- Important: Very important - when you change order status to shipped or delivered, only then will invoice be sent to client for clients placed order
- Also after changing to this status you will have ability to download invoice copy

Subscription Management
- Here you can purchase needed add-ons, purchase recommended premium plan and see all information about what plan you currently have, what add-ons and until what date
- Purchased add-ons validity period is one month
Storage Information:
- Basic Plan includes 5GB storage for your website content
- Premium Plan includes 50GB storage - plenty of space for images, videos, and documents
- Shop addon also includes 50GB storage (same as Premium Plan)
Automatic Database Backups:
- Your database is automatically backed up every 2 hours
- Backups are securely stored in cloud storage
- System keeps 24 hours of backup history
- All your data is protected and can be restored if needed
Settings
- Recommended to specify your phone number and address
- This information will be shown in client received emails as your contact information
- Company name - you can change official company name, but not advised
- Company website page and reservations page - this is link to your website and reservations
- Here you can control your admin panel language
- Website language - in what languages website will be shown to your clients
- Reservation system language - in what languages clients can see your calendar
- Highly recommended that these selections match
Reservation Settings
- If you want to accept advance payments for reservations you must open account at Stripe bank
- Stripe bank chosen because of lowest fees
- Less than 2% is taken per transaction from transaction amount, this is smallest amount
- Also works perfectly with Apple Pay and Google Pay integrations
- Very pleasant feedback from clients that in store they can conveniently pay immediately using these platforms
- Here you can also specify whether you allow non-logged in users to register on your website or accept advance payments
- If you want you can restrict client to mandatory register on your website and accept reservations only with advance payment
- This will reduce no-shows, but of course you may lose some clients
Important language feature:
- If user books in Russian language, they will receive Russian email confirmations and reminders
- If booking in Lithuanian, all emails will be in Lithuanian, and so on for each language
SMS Notifications (Optional Addon):
- SMS addon costs 15 EUR per employee per month
- Clients receive SMS reminders 24 hours before appointment in addition to emails
- SMS sent in same language as booking
- Helps reduce no-shows significantly
- Can enable/disable per employee individually
